OLD BEEKEEPING CRAFT
We are reviving the old beekeeping craft in Upper Austria and harvesting honey as we did 150 years ago in order to preserve as many flavors and ingredients as possible. Drop by drop, it is harvested purely by the earth’s gravity: This so-called drip honey from natural honeycomb is truly rare and treasured by foodies! Our drip honey was named Austria’s organic product of the year 2025.
