The traditional pressing process preserves the full flavor of spring 2026 between Attersee and Vöckla: The delicate sweetness of fresh blossoms is beautifully complemented by the subtle, refined spiciness of the horse chestnut. It gives the honey a long-lasting, warm finish.

Store in a dry place, protected from light and heat.

Pressed honey is naturally cloudy and contains a higher proportion of valuable components such as pollen and wax, which is sometimes visible to the naked eye (“raw honey”). Due to its higher pollen content, pressed honey is somewhat more sensitive to unfavorable storage conditions: if in doubt, it can also be stored in the refrigerator.

Natural honey like ours crystallizes sooner or later. If you like, you can add honey with max. 40 degrees liquefy again: Below 40 degrees, all valuable ingredients are retained.
