Thanks to traditional pressing, the full flavor of the spring of 2026 between Attersee and Vöckla is preserved: a delicate floral sweetness blends with a lovely nutty chestnut flavor to create a long-lasting, warm finish.

Store in a dry place, protected from light and heat.

Pressed honey is naturally cloudy and contains a higher proportion of valuable components such as pollen and wax, which is sometimes visible to the naked eye. Due to its higher pollen content, (crystallized) pressed honey is somewhat more sensitive to unfavorable storage conditions above 20 degrees: If in doubt, honey can be frozen without any problems—just like in a beehive during winter.

Natural honey like ours crystallizes sooner or later. As pressed honey, it naturally remains creamy. If you like, you can liquefy the honey again at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees: below 40 degrees, all the valuable nutrients are preserved.
