Description

This year’s forest honey captures the flavor of the forests surrounding Lake Attersee: Thanks to traditional pressing methods, it retains its characteristic, naturally cloudy color. On the palate, a harmonious forest flavor unfolds and blends with warm caramel notes.

Store in a dry place, protected from light and heat.

Pressed honey is naturally cloudy and contains a higher proportion of valuable components such as pollen and wax, which is sometimes visible to the naked eye (“raw honey”). Due to its higher pollen content, pressed honey is somewhat more sensitive to unfavorable storage conditions: if in doubt, it can also be stored in the refrigerator.

Natural honey like ours crystallizes sooner or later. If you like, you can add honey with max. 40 degrees liquefy again: Below 40 degrees, all valuable ingredients are retained.
